Green Smoothie Recipe

1 cup Leafy GreensUse 1 or more in combination
1 cup Liquid Base
1.5 cups FruitUse 1 or more in combination
Orange Juice as
half juice and
half other ingredient
|Boost it: Add
|1. Combine veggies packed in measuring cup, liquid and fruit in your blender
2. Add ice or frozen fruit to add a nice chill.
3. Blend and mix until smooth with no chunks.
4. Pour in favorite glass or Travel mug (to take along)
